03 / 7 City & Art (all day) Start: 03/06/2009 - 00:00 End: 03/08/2009 - 23:59 The Forum “City and Art” which will take place in Istanbul between 6th-8th March 2009 in Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University will include conferences, discussions, presentations, workshops, as well as artistic and cultural activities, excursions and receptions. The Forum aims at bringing together European art and design academia with cities’ cultural actors in order to question the present and future role of the art universities in relation with the cities in which they are located and in relation with their citizens. more info Sandpit #9 Start: 19:00 End: 22:00 Organised by Hide and Seek -Sandpit #9 will take place on Saturday 7 March, when we’ll be visiting the Barbican as part of the Barbican’s Do Something Different weekend.
