What have you missed?
London
• We played our 2nd game which was a lot of fun. We turned Shoreditch into an urban jungle with free-roaming wild animals competing to find the waterhole – in the end the Arabian Leopards won, but beware mugger crocs bite back! Have a look on our site for what the players had to say: http://www.urbaneer.net/games/welcome-jungle
• We also took part in a knitty treasure-hunt – yes that’s right we knitted and solved treasure clues and we have photo’s to prove it here: http://www.urbaneer.net/content/londons-first-ever-knitty-treasure-hunt
• Hide and Seek organised a whole weekend of urban games – although you have missed it now – the website is still up http://www.hideandseekfest.co.uk – I am sure it will come back next year!
Shanghai
• We spent 2 weeks in Shanghai and couldn’t resist a spot of urbaneering – so we ventured into the unknown armed with our starmap and blue-squares – it was great fun! http://www.urbaneer.net/content/blue-squares-project-goes-east
NY
• Come Out and Play ran their third festival of urban games – their pics are all on their site as well: http://www.urbaneer.net/content/come-out-play
