The Rat Race is an urban adventure challenge event that turns cities into high-adrenaline adventure playgrounds for participants of all abilities.
We are about the embark on a big adventure. On 9 September 2009 we will be leaving the UK to travel overland to Hong Kong where we intend to stay for ~1 year (mainly dependent on visas and work) before we plan to continue to travel around the world (remainder of SE Asia and then back through South – Central and North America).
This blog will be our means to communicate all our adventures for everyone who is interested in what we get up to…Our first stop will be Russia – St.
igfest ’09 is a festival of street / pervasive / social games. Some games will test your stamina, others will challenge your wits. Some will have rich themes and narratives whilst others just ask you to throw paint at each other. Some games last for hours and others take just a few minutes, some games are high tech and some use no tech.
Our promise to you is that all the games are friendly, fun and absolutely FREE. Get your game face on

The Forum “City and Art” which will take place in Istanbul between 6th-8th March 2009 in Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University will include conferences, discussions, presentations, workshops, as well as artistic and cultural activities, excursions and receptions.
The Forum aims at bringing together European art and design academia with cities’ cultural actors in order to question the present and future role of the art universities in relation with the cities in which they are located and in relation with their citizens.
